Pt1 - The Ducks in Danger
For years, the Ducks of GOOOS lived in secret—no ordinary ducks, but special beings fueled by smiles. For millennia they thrived, happy and healthy, their strength growing with every grin and giggle. But everything changed when Stress, Anxiety, and Overwhelm rose in power. Fueled by modern life and technology—doom-scrolling, cramped living, and awful work-life balance—smiles began to fade… and the ducks started to dwindle.
Pt2 - The Last Hope
As the ducks dwindled, they watched their little friends disappear. Tears in their eyes was a daily occurrence back then, they were losing hope. But, among the dwindling flock, one duck refused to give up — Gwok. Brave, stubborn, and a little chubby, Gwok knew the Ducks of GOOOS couldn’t defeat Stress, Anxiety, and Overwhelm alone. They needed an ally that could make a change happen; they needed help from the human world. Gwok had enough, he’d lost enough of his fluffy friends. And so he took action!
For centuries, the ducks had lived unseen, hidden in the cracks of our reality. But Gwok chose to rise up. He poured his spirit into one desperate act: reaching out across worlds to find someone who could hear him.
That someone was Sam. At university, weighed down by deadlines and self-doubt, Sam became the first human to sense Gwok’s call. In that moment of connection, Gwok poured his soul into Sam, and a bridge between worlds was formed forever.
Together, they created a secret weapon—the Pause Moment. A simple act of slowing down, breathing, and embracing comfort that breaks the villains’ grip. It was the first spark of resistance.
Pt3 - The Movement
With the Pause discovered, Gwok and Sam knew they couldn’t fight the villains alone. They needed more allies—humans who believed in the mission and ducks brave enough to step into the front lines.
That’s when Gwok called on Jake and his old rival-turned-ally, Grumpy Greg. Together, the four of them founded Studio GOOOS, the command center for a global resistance.
From this base in Tynemouth, England, the mission was declared: deploy 1,000,000 ducks by 2035 to reclaim the smiles stolen by Stress, Anxiety, and Overwhelm. Each duck adopted strengthens the flock. Each smile fuels their power. And each new ally brings us closer to turning chaos into calm.
