Super easy! Our delivery ducks 🐤 have made returning as simple as a few clicks and a waddle to the post office.
Shortest answer: Apply and we will give you a label, attach it, and drop it off.
Just follow these quick steps:
- Hop over to our Returns Portal with the email you used for your order
- We'll send you a magic code, and quack quack! - you can see all your recent orders
- Click "Request Return" on the one you want to send back
- Tell us why in the notes (and if you want to swap it for something else, mention that too!)
- Hit submit
Our fluffy team will approve it within 48 hours and email you a prepaid return label - no cost to you!
Just print it, stick it on your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail post office. Easy peasy! 📦

How soon will this arrive at my door?
As a small team, our squad of delivery ducks 🐤 ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. It usually takes our fluffy friends about 1 to 3 working days to waddle your none pre-order items to your front door. But sometimes their ickle feet hurt so it can take up to 1 week, 🙏 thank you for understanding.

Can I buy if I live outside the UK?
Yes and no! Right now our cuddly squad of delivery ducks 🐤 are only able to transport your lovingly wrapped items 💕📦 anywhere in the United Kingdom from this website.
