Studio GOOOS – Shipping & Delivery Policy (EU & UK)
1. Overview
This page explains where we ship, how long dispatch takes, delivery options, costs, tracking and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.

2. Dispatch Time
- Processing window – Orders placed before 14:00 UK time (Mon-Fri, excl. public holidays) are normally shipped within 2 working days.
- During peak launches or sale events dispatch may take up to 4 working days, but never more than 30 days as required by UK law.
- A shipping-confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number is sent the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse.
3. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, BFPO or Crown Dependences outside this list.

*Delivery times start once the parcel is handed to Royal Mail and are estimates, not guarantees; remote or Highlands / Islands postcodes may take longer.
All shipping prices are VAT-inclusive. The exact rate is shown again at checkout before you confirm payment.
5. Order Tracking
Every parcel is fully tracked. Your confirmation email contains:
1. The Royal Mail tracking number (clickable)
2. A link to “Royal Mail Track & Trace”, where you can:
- Change delivery date
- Nominate a neighbour or safe place
- Redirect to a local Post Office collection point
6. Failed Delivery & Re-delivery
- If no one is available, Royal Mail will leave a “Something for you” card or send an SMS/email with rearrangement options.
- Parcels not collected within 7 calendar days will be returned to us.
- We will refund the order minus the original shipping cost once the goods are back in sellable condition.
- A new order is needed for re-shipment.
7. Lost or Damaged in Transit
- A parcel is considered “lost” if there is no tracking movement for 7 consecutive working days.
- Please email hello@studiogooos.com within 14 days of the last scan so we can open an investigation with Royal Mail.
- Once confirmed, we will dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund.
- If your order arrives damaged, follow the steps in the Return & Refund Policy (Section 6).
8. Transfer of Risk
Risk remains with Studio GOOOS until the goods are delivered to the address (or safe place/collection point) you supplied.
