Shortest answer: Apply and we will give you a label, attach it, and drop it off.

Just follow these quick steps:

1. Hop over to our Returns Portal with the email you used for your order
2. We'll send you a magic code, and quack quack! - you can see all your recent orders
3. Click "Request Return" on the one you want to send back
4. Tell us why in the notes (and if you want to swap it for something else, mention that too!)
5. Hit submit

Our fluffy team will approve it within 48 hours and email you a prepaid return label - no cost to you!

Just print it, stick it on your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail post office. Easy peasy! 📦
